We started HelpinU Solar with one simple belief: going solar should be straightforward, affordable, and genuinely worthwhile for every customer.

Too many homeowners have been confused by inflated savings promises, pushed into oversized systems, or left without support after installation. We do things differently.

Who We Are

HelpinU Solar is a South West-based solar installation company specialising in residential and commercial solar panel systems, battery storage, and flexible solar finance plans.

Our team includes MCS-accredited engineers, surveyors, and customer advisors who have collectively completed many hundreds of solar installations across Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Yeovil, and the surrounding counties.

We are not a sales organisation. We are an installation company. That means our advice is always based on what makes genuine financial and practical sense for your property — not what earns us the largest commission.

Transparent Pricing

Every proposal includes a clear breakdown of costs, expected savings, payback period, and finance options. No hidden fees, no small print surprises.

MCS-Accredited Installs

All our installations are carried out by MCS-accredited engineers. This is required for Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) registration — meaning you can earn money from the energy you export back to the grid.

Genuinely Tailored Systems

We size every system based on your actual energy usage, roof orientation, shading, and goals. A 4kW system is not the right answer for everyone.

After-Installation Support

We stay in contact after your system goes live. Annual performance checks, monitoring advice, and warranty support are all part of the service.

If you think you might be eligible for government-backed grant support (such as ECO4 or Warm Homes funding), we can refer you to Eco Grants Team Ltd — our parent company who specialise in grant eligibility assessment.

HelpinU Solar is the solar installation division of Eco Grants Team Ltd. Eco Grants Team handles the eligibility checking and grant application process, whilst HelpinU Solar handles the installation. They are not a separate or independent business — we work together as part of the same group to make solar more accessible for eligible households.

Understood exactly what we wanted and designed the system to make it look great. Liam and Anthony sorted the roof and were only too happy to show the excellent tile notching, glad and bird proofing.
